Super+Up or Down Arrow Key appears to be mis-detected as holding down Super key

## Issue

Pressing and releasing Super+Down Arrow results in the same behavior as if the Super key were pressed and held. I.e., Launcher activates and Keyboard overlay is shown.

## Environment

- 12.04 Precise

- Unity 3D

## Steps to Reproduce

Press left Super and up or down Arrow simultaneously then quickly release.
