Bug Description

In the Export Video window, Simple tab, when selecting Profile: All Formats, in the list of targets 'AVI (h.264)' appears twice. It seems like one of them should have been 'AVI (mp4)'. They also choose the same audio and video codecs under the Advanced tab. The funny thing is, that on my two laptops they choose different codecs. On one laptop they both choose libx264 for video and mp2 for audio, on the other they both choose mpeg4 for video and libmp3lame for audio! So on the one both read the 'format_avi_h264.xml' file, on the other they both read the 'format_avi_mp4.xml' file.

This is in OpenShot 1.4.2.

I don't see this - I have 3 different AVI targets, one is h.264, 1 mpeg2 & 1 mpeg4.

It's as if you have duplicate export preset files. Are you able to locate the export_presets folder and check the contents? Or the other possibility is that there is something wrong with the language/translation setup.

I checked the translation, and somehow 'AVI (mpeg4)' was translated as 'AVI (h.264)'. So I can't blame anyone but myself, since I did the translation. I have corrected it now, so hopefully it will be right in the next version.
