Bug Description

They're restored as the folder or file instead of the symoblic link that should have been pointing to them.

I've used the current latest beta standalone Windows version (bzr-2.6b1-1-setup.exe) to test the above behaviour.

Do I understand correctly that you're trying to version symlinks on windows? That isn't working, they're seen as regular files, see the existing bug for more.
