Bug Description

Ubuntu Release: Kubuntu 12.04
Package Version: 4:4.7.4-0ubuntu0.1
Expected Results: Normal functionality of plasma-desktop
Actual Results: plasma-desktop slowed to an intolerable crawl

Have reproduced this bug twice so far, when I have a .sh file without +x in ~/.kde/Autostart, after a few seconds (loading startup apps), plasma-desktop slows to a crawl, almost freezing - it actually does function, but not enough to count, Kickoff takes over 5 minutes to load.

Hi there!

Thanks for reporting this bug! Your bug seems to be a problem with the KDE program itself, and not with our KDE packages. While we appreciate your issue, it would be better if it was tracked at https://bugs.kde.org, so that the KDE developers can deal with this speedily and have direct communication with you as the reporter for more effective debugging.

Thanks!
