Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you try with the latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.

Is this still happening with a recentish Ubuntu/Nexuiz release?

Looing at your report, it says
Reassociate () from /usr/lib/dri/fglrx_dri.so
Which means you run the closed-source ATI driver, which is known to play bad in some situations.
Any chance you can try using radeon or radeonhd with your card? These should be much more sane in terms of correct DRI usage.

Evgeni
