Doesn't reconnect to gtalk after suspend/resume

Bug Description

In 11.10, empathy would reliably reconnect to all of my accounts after suspend/resume. In 12.04 beta, it seems to get stuck on Google Talk. After resume, empathy shows a spinner indefinitely, and to reconnect I need to go to the accounts dialog and toggle my gtalk account off and then on. My Jabber account seems to reconnect fine though.

Gnome Shell, Ubuntu 12.04 (upgrade from 11.10) ==> Suspend ==> Resume ==> Windows Live connects ==> Google Talk will not connect (spins indefinitely) 'till Google Talk account button toggled off then on, only then will it will connect.

When it does fail to connect, intermittently, I get a "Failed to retrieve your personal information from the server." Error
