Bug Description

open a terminal
press and hold ALT+F1 (which should toggle on/off the BFB)
Observe a lot of ;3P in the terminal

I have similar problems: Sometimes Alt+F4 is not working. If it is not working, it keeps not working till I restart Compiz, similarly, if it is working, it keeps working until I restart Compiz.

Quick addendum: I'm using Compiz 0.9.13.1 in Manjaro Xfce.
