NTP server has to be restarted to work

I've installed Feisty on my Notebook. But it refuses to set time with NTP after booting:

Then I stop NTP daemon:

I think this is problem with assigning the WLAN via Network-Manager - may be this is too late for NTP :-(

Indeed it seems NTP should not be started before a network is available. Please look at the comments in the bug above.
