crash before install complete (because of no swap partition?)

Bug Description

i installed ubuntu on third partition.
i skipped creation of swap partition (without swap). i have 2 gb ram.
i selected to install boot loader on third partition.

32 bit version on same computer with exactly same settings installed without this error.
