Bug Description
Today I helped a friend set up Widelands on a rather naked system.
Some SDL_* accessory packages (mixer, net, ttf, gfx) were missing, but CMake only issued warnings about some variables which could be rather annoying for new users.
Reason is that some of the (stock) FindSDL_*.cmake scripts don't include the StandardNotFoun
So we should throw our own (meaningful) error instead.
