Bug Description
I encoutered this in 12.04 beta 2 64-bit, with all the current updates (I was trying to do drag-and-drop between maximized windows - is there a deafult way to do this in Unity?).
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open nautilus window
2. Start dragging some file
3. While dragging (mouse button is pressed), press Super+W
4. Release Super+W and mouse buttons
After this, numbers on Launcer are still diplayed (they should be gone). If Alt+Tab is pressed, window list displays but it won't go away and looks as it froze. Everything can be sorted-out with several presses on Esc, but I guess this isn't desired behaviour.

Another method to confuse Unity, with similar results:
1. Press Super+W
2. Release W (keep Super pressed)
3. Press W again
After this, Esc doesn't help, only pressing Super to open Dash makes Unity functional again.
