Bug Description
If you use a non-dark wallpaper the notifications look wrong and are not easily readable.
While it looks Ok, when no windows are open, it get's ugly and hard to read with windows open under the notification.
Please see my screenshot.
The colour picker for launcher and dash found in ccsm should also extend to notifications, imho.

Thank you for reporting this bug to make Ubuntu better. It does make sense that the color picker should also be extended to notifications instead of not just being for the launcher and dash alone.
