The official linux-libc-dev package does not have this issue. It seems you have installed an alternative linux-libc-dev that we don't maintain, from your description:

apt-cache policy linux-libc-dev:
linux-libc-dev:
  Installiert: 2.6.35-1024.37~lttng1
  Kandidat: 2.6.35-1024.37~lttng1

So it appears you installed linux-libc-dev 2.6.35-1024.37~lttng1, this looks to come from a ppa from the "Ubuntu LTTng team" (https://launchpad.net/~lttng)

We suggest that you remove this ppa and reinstall stock linux-libc-dev from ubuntu, or if you still need/using the lttng packages, to reassingn/change the bug to this lttng project.

Changed in linux (Ubuntu):
status: Confirmed → Invalid
affects: linux (Ubuntu) → lttng-tools
