Problems with xserver-xorg-video-omapfb Ubuntu 12.04

A couple of things

First one unlike previous releases when you install omapfb (or omap3) Xorg doesn't try to use the driver over the original FBDev.

Second to that the omapfb selects the tv output even when the kernel has omapdss.def_disp=dvi as a cmdline option once again this is different to previous versions.

Finally, Xvideo isn't working with the driver.
