Bug Description

a new visual boot experience for kubuntu 12.04 was created which requires freeze exceptions for plymouth and ksplash (completely new splashes) and a wallpaper change for kdm.

code for plymouth and ksplash is in lp:kubuntu-default-settings, wallpaper is the same

exception kindly requested

none to my knowledge, neither kubuntu-docs nor upstream docs have screenshots of kdm or plymouth or ksplash.

Docs will not be effected. And if anything changes that would require it, There will be some SRU changes anyway.
