Bug Description

I have Win7 x64 and Inkscape 0.48.3.1 r9886.
When I have a drawing that contains a bitmap that has a mask applied to it, then the exported EPS file is completly rastered. (Even parts that do not overlap with the original bitmap region.)

For example see the attached file. When save it as EPS, the vector text and the vector spiral are rastered.

If you simply release the mask from the bitmap, all objects stay vectors in the EPS.
