I cannot recreate. I had several tabs open, some of which were using Flash. I closed the current on with ctrl-w, and it crashed.

No, this is not a regular issue for me. It happened once, seemingly randomly, and that's it. I don't know how to recreate it.

We have not received any duplicates for some time. Thus, this crash was likely due to some unique plugin extension combination or has been fixed in the meantime. Please, reopen it at any time if you have more related info.
