This BUG started to popup on my screen only recently. One of the latest updates must have brought it with it. But now, it seems persistent at startup.

This recently happened to me, but never before since the upgrade to 12.04. News that I recall were: installation of MySQL security updates (probably unrelated) and my using LibreOffice for the first time since the upgrade.
