Not sure I have tested the right version, but dragging an item around and drop it somehwere else would not make it stay at new position.
Only thing that seems to work is dragging an item onto a folder and drop it, then the item is copied to folder at the end of items list inside that folder, but original item also remains.

This fixes the issue that items could only be dropped on folders. Still everything gets copied, though.

As of 7e7d97c0bda426af9ea96c0640981d4894206bcc drag'n'drop is now fully supported:
* standard is copy when draging to a different folder
* in same folder it's always a move
* dragging with shift operates a move (internally the item gets hidden) of the item
