Bug Description
I address this issue with an
apt-get update
then fixed the broken package.
This issue was probably caused by Launchpad's own rabbitmq dependencies which uses non-standard packages,

Hi Curtis
Is this still a problem? It was a little unclear from the original bug report.
Also
"This issue was probably caused by Launchpad's own rabbitmq dependencies which uses non-standard packages"
Not quite sure what this means - did you have an unofficial rabbitmq package installed before you upgraded?
Sounds like this might have been the issue.
Marking 'Incomplete' and 'Low' for the timing being.
