scale plugin window picker doesn't show windows in all viewport

<super> w key is suppose to show the windows on all viewport. It doesn't show all the windows.

 I also verified that I have <super> w bound to "initiate window picker for all window"
as explained in the below website. http://wiki.compiz.org/Plugins/Scale

I installed the ppa version from. With ppa packages, <Super>w only shows windows in a viewport, not all viewports. ie there is no difference between <shift><alt><up> and <Super>w. The package details are below

shouldn't this be made critical ? Is anybody looking at any of these ?

Slightly annoying that this is broken, it's the only way (I know of) to get a global overview of all windows.
