nautilus global menu and local menu active

Bug Description

As of an update installed 2 days ago, nautilus now uses the global and local menu.

This is (I hope) unexpected behavior? See attached screenshot.

Thank you for your bug report, is that specific to nautilus? What did you upgrade that day? Could you rm .xsession-errors, restart your session and add that log to the bug?

Yes, the bug is specific to nautilus. I don't know what all was updated that day, but some unity packages were definitely part of it (then I encountered some crazy unity bugs). Here's the .xsession-errors.

weird, do it still happen if you restart nautilus? i.e nautilus --quit && nautilus ?
