workspace preview flickers when using shortcuts

When switching between workspaces using shortcuts the small preview image in the middle of the screen flickers.

The big black moving bars around the workspace preview in the video are appropriate to gtk_recodMyDesktop.

I am using Ubuntu 12.04, Unity 5.12.0, VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 4 Series Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 07), Display controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 4 Series Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 07), video driver i915

Video is fast, RecordMyDesktop seems to have some bug in higher frame per second...

There is no issue in Ubuntu 12.04.1, Compiz 0.9.7.8 and Unity 5.16.0.
