Unable to move through HUD suggestions.

Using [ALT] and entering into HUD I am unable to move through the list of options with the arrow keys. I can double click on a suggestion and get it to activate however.

If I try and move through for example with the down arrow, the lower suggestion will be highlighted and it will revert back to the top immediately. If I down arrow very quickly I can make to the third suggestion or so just to have it revert back to the top when I stop engaging the down arrow. I can not make it to the fourth or fifth suggestion with the down arrow at all. It feels as though the highlight is on a spring and just keeps settling at the top most suggestion. Double clicking on a lower option functions as it should.

I'm using the down arrow to attempt to move through the menu. The only way to activate anything other than the first line is to mouse double click.

Functions correctly in Guest Account.

Same issue as #962984, Different Keyboards options and languages have not corrected the problem on the main account.

Keyboard layouts in Guest and Main account are both English US. All settings are identical in both accounts. I have tried to change the locale from US to Canada, issue still persists. Changed the keyboard input method for fun, issue still persists.

SOLUTION!

The HUD navigation response is directly correlated to what is running in the indicator bar.

I had the following running:

Indicator-Mutliload
Psensor
PS3 Media Server
Indicator Weather

I quit Indicator Multiload and when arrowed down in them menu the selection remained for a few seconds before moving back up. It appears that when the added indicators refresh the force the HUD to refresh back the top position.

I deleted the rest and it fixed itself. I can now move through the menu bar without an issue.

I will re-apply the indicators and see what I can use and what I can't. Google-Music-Manager so far is running and is not causing a issue.

FOLLOW-UP

Psensor and Indicator-Multiload both cause the issue.

PS3 Media Server and Weather-Indicator do NOT effect the HUD.
