Bug Description
Luca has implemented support for counting tasks of Synchronization Services. Because of some problems, he disabled it in the code. This code should be either refactored and enabled or removed from the code base.

I decided to remove the code because it is not used. The feature could be coded using liblarch and remote_ids.
