handles get unusable when zoomed out

Bug Description

The handles of selected lines shrink arbitraily when zoomed out. There minuscle size renders them almost unusable. Eventually, when their size is below one pixel in diameter, they seemingly disappear from the screen.

Proposed change: Enforce some reasonable minimum screen size for handles. Say, 10x10 px. This is, how other major vector graphics application handles handles on zoom out (inkscape, blender, xfig, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw (cough)).

I agree, this needs a fix. It makes drawing large symbols (FPGAs, title blocks) rather frustrating.
