With feisty I've got this bug. I had some firefox tabs open and then I opened a new one with a flash content on it. I installed libflash-mozplugin (0.4.13-9ubuntu1) because I've got a AMD64 CPU and adobe does not provided a useful port yet.

Which Java package and version do you have installed?
Which video player and version do you have installed?
Which firefox extensions and themes do you have installed?

   mplayer but this is not a mozilla plugin.

 No extension but I've got iPox theme installed.
