Bug Description

nautilus 1:3.3.92-0ubuntu2, Ubuntu Pangolin

1. Open a folder in Nautilus.
2. Try to drag a file or folder anywhere -- e.g. onto a bookmarked folder, or an application in the launcher.

What happens: The entire folder pane scrolls around.

What should happen: The file or folder is dragged.

This problem happens in Icons view and List view, but not in Compact view.

Thanks Matthew, that's a weird bug indeed, do you still have the issue? What pointing device do you use? Does it happen with a mouse? It seems like the touch kinectic scrolling is kicking in for you, I wonder if that has to do with the device in control...

I use a MacBook touchpad, aka "appletouch" in /dev/input. So maybe this will turn out to be a duplicate of bug 969076.
