problem appeared while installing from console. sudo apt-get install ruby-rvm on unstable ubuntu 12.04

"sudo gedit /var/lib/dpkg/info/ruby-rvm.postinst" and replaced all references to the "admin" group with my ubuntu username... don't know if that is the right way to solve it, but it solved it for me. dpkg was stuck trying to configure ruby-rvm, after the change the configuration process was producing no errors.

Don't change it to your username, change admin to sudo or use the patch from the linked bug.
