Bug Description
The Appearance settings panel contains two sections - "Look" and "Behaviour".
It is clear to me how the items in the first can be categorised as Appearance (desktop background, theme, launcher size).
However, those in the Behaviour tab are (almost by definition) not about the visual appearance.
It may save time to design the fix for bug 928764 at the same time as this bug. See also bug 963731.
