Bug Description
While fixing some random tests failures, we noticed that the current framework in this project would benefit from also having:
* a base testcase for the perspective broker test cases, since they require some specific twisted connection management (based in http://
* a helper to be able to record every call that is made to an existent class, for example, in the ubuntuone-client project, we're suffering from some bugs in the notification module that were not caught because we were fully mocking the system notification service.
