Edit items in the "Hardware" section

In the "Details" pane "Overview" section of the control center. the items should be reversed in order to show the CPU first. It may also be useful to indicate which graphics card you are using.

There is a discussion going on in https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=649908 about completely dropping the system tab in favour of the control center details pane, which displays the same information. However, the reordering of items (which makes sense for me) still stands for control center too, as Memory is displayed first there too. Based on this, I am reassigning to control center and updating the description.
