Output directory parameter rather than target image file

Bug Description

Hi,

Instead of specifying a target file for the SD card image, it would make sense to specify an output directory so that we could also output things such as:
- kernel and initrd for netboot or that the end-user would write to flash or use for USB booting
- .axf file for FastModels support
- etc.

Cheers,

For Fast Models we right now need just output of an axf file.

In future with semihosting bootwrapper we will need axf file + kernel (uImage), device tree (dtb) and possibly an initrd.

About to propose lp:~dooferlad/linaro-image-tools/add-directory-option for merging. I modified the patch to put the option handling into a function so I could test it. Should get a review and check in soon.

Code was re-factored a bit, but is now merged. The only user visible change is that the option is now --output-directory.
