Geomap CPU load indication is always red

In geomap a location is presented by a dot. The color of the dot is decided by the CPU load of the routers at the location, but the scale (red if load >1) is misleading since the CPU-load is measured in %. All our routers that are doing anything at all have a CPU-load larger than 1%. Therefore all our dots are red, when most of then should be green and some yellow.

Not sure that I can even try to reproduce this, because of bug 955794.

We are using the "open" variant of the map

After applying the fix for bug 955794 I could confirm this.

Turns out, the color and size indicators are configurable in etc/geomap/config.py and can be modified locally.

I'm fixing the defaults that ship with NAV.
