K/X/Lubuntu: unnecessary dependency of libreoffice-gtk

on kubuntu, the package lo-menubar pulls libreoffice-gtk. so i tried to install without, but its a hard dependency without a reason for.
apt-get download lo-menubar
sudo dpkg --force-all -i ./lo-menubar_0.1.0-0ubuntu4_i386.deb
workaround this dep and the menu still works without a little problem. please remove this dependency or set it to a soft one
