gtkhtml-stock-test-url icon missing in the insert link dialog

When composing a html mail and using the insert link function the Icon on the button is missing, the button shows the text gtkhtml-stock-test-url.
There are two dialogs, on is the context-driven dialog. The other one from menu.

Thank you for your bug. Could you make a screenshot of the issue? Are you sure that the button is meant to have an icon?

The button used to have an icon. It is a new problem with Feisty. I was just about to file this bug myself, because it is rather annoying; the button doesn't have a real description, which would likely be sufficient even if there is no icon with it. See the attached screenshot.

I am going to go out on a limb and confirm that this happens, since someone else reported the problem. I’ve attached the screenshot displaying the issue as evidence of it. The only thing that I am not sure of is if the bug is in Evolution or gtkhtml3.14.
