nautilus window opens behind focused window

When clicking the Nautilus starter in the launcher Nautilus doesn't start always in the foreground with focus. Sometimes Nautilus is without focus and behind the current focused window.

To reproduce:
- open Firefox and resize the window to take ~75% of the right hand side of the screen
- move the Firefox window a bit to the left & right by grabbing the title bar
- click the Nautilus starter in the Launcher

1. Move the Firefox window, then launch Nautilus:
Nautilus window is unfocused and behind Firefox.

2. When closing Nautilus and launching again Nautilus without moving the Firefox window:
Nautilus starts in the foreground as expected.
