Please sync wireshark 1.6.5-2 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
Documentation and icon changes only.
Fixes bug #943649 which makes wireshark look *much* nicer in the
alt-tab switcher by using an SVG instead of a PNG.

Filed this using `requestsync` for the first time, so apologies if it was filed wrong.

Not sure if the FFe bits are needed as this is a universe package?

Should MOTU be subscribed instead of Ubuntu-Release?

It was done correctly.

The new icon is a feature, so an FFe was right. It's a small one, but a
feature none the less. The ubuntu-release team handles FFe requests for all
of the Ubuntu archive.
