Burning CDs requires apps to be run as Sudo

Bug Description

All CD burning applications (sans bresaro) are unable to burn my .iso images unless they are run as sudo. I did not test this with other types of media (audio, data, etc.)

k3b reports a buffer underwrite error if it is not run as sudo

GnomeBaker gave this output about the error. http://paste.ubuntu-nl.org/12016/

What version of Ubuntu are you running? Do you still have this problem?
