Bug Description

Ubuntu 12.04 - Nvidia 7100 GS video card, 2 GB of ram Unity/Compiz works perfectly until i change the compiz setting from desktop wall to desktop cube. Compiz crashes but comes back after about 45sec, at this point Compiz is very slow. If I do a unity --reset & Reboot unity/compiz is back to normal. If the Unity/Compiz desktop cube setting is not really supported the end user should be warned by ubuntu that this is not a optimal setting switching to this setting

But this may just be a issue with the Nvidia 7100 drivers, On my other workstations running Nvidia 8400 and AMD HD 5440 after unchecking desktop wall and selecting desktop cube unity crashes then comes back after 45sec and everything works as normal with the changes.

Personal I like the desktop cube better than the wall, the wall would be cooler if it acted like the android tablet or dare I say it Iphone wall switching which acts as one long desktop.
