Should allow only one instance of jpegtran

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gqview

Hi!

While rotating images, I just hit CTRL-9 and CTRL-0 simultaneously with my big clumsy fingers, and two instances of jpegtran spawned, fighting over the same image to rotate. As a result the image is now damaged and lost beyond repair. There should be a mechanism to avoid having two CTRL-x commands running at the same time.

Ciao

Martin
