Bug Description
Filemanager crashed ejecting a usb drive.
I just finished generating a system report with testing on, saved the the html file to the desktop
Opened usb drive via filemanager, copied html file to usb drive.
Ejected usb drive by clicking on eject icon for the drive in file manager
