apache svn imports are failing

For some reason the importers have ended up with a svn layout setting for the apache repo of "None".

bzr-svn should never be storing "None" for the layout in the configuration file. We should also get the setting in the importers fixed.

This can be fixed by updating to the latest bzr-svn (which also requires a newer bzr not yet present in Launchpad).

When is a related import expected to start working? I kicked one off last night, it said it failed 8 hours later. Not sure if "fix released" means the fix is actually running on all related machines yet or not.

I couldn't restrain myself and it worked. It looks like russkaya timeout building the cache maybe, and pear already has it?
