Bug Description

ok ,so i was running ubuntu 12.04 LTS in my VM and then some windows apper it was saying something like BUG or something and then some "colloction information" then my browser open up and i came here
this is all story
but i think bug it was in ubuntu software centre but i am not sure

When system started, the message about the crash appeared (I did not mention any problem). So I have no idea, what crashed and where. The report was sent though.
