Bug Description
Binary package hint: hplip
Using the Ubuntu 7.04 live CD run System > Preferences > HPLIP Toolbox. The application fails to load and when run under a terminal it outputs the error:
error: PyQt not installed. GUI not available. Exiting.
error: PyQt/Qt initialization error. Please check install of PyQt/Qt and try again.
I checked out the launcher for this and looked at some other bug reports and noticed that there are two almost identical launchers for this application. One is set to be not visible while the other is set to not be visible in KDE.

Maybe these could be merged into a single launcher that is either not visible or has an install-on-demand type feature?
