Draft printing fails on some printers due to resolution mismatch

Bug Description

On hplip-3.12.2, draft resolutions are wrongly coded as 600x600 in prnt/hpcups/dj4100PrintModes.h . It should be 300x300 (Other PrintMode headers are coded correctly), else Lidil::StartJob in prnt/hpcups/Lidil.cpp will fail at line 174 with error, UNSUPPORTED_PRINTMODE.

Patch is attached. Tested on Linux Mint 12 with HP Deskjet_Ink_Advant_K109a-z.
