libecj-java-gcj package installation fails

There has been recent build failures in lttng-ust recipe build for armel: https://code.launchpad.net/~aviksil/+recipe/lttng-ust-daily. This is happening due to error in libecj-java-gcj package installation:

This is occurring as the the armel builder is a QEMU ARM test builder.

QEMU has been updated to 2012.03. Please let us know if this doesn't resolve the problem.

Still failing to build on armel. It would be nice if real armel builder is allocated.

Seems that if failed now because it got stuck while running javac:

Let's just disable support for JNI now, as it's already working fine for armhf (which will be our official arch for 12.04).

Still leave this bug opened because it still seems to be related with qemu.

Looking at the original bug description, would probably make sense to close it down and open another one for the current issue we're facing with the builders.
