Bug Description

I have my WiFi connection set to prompt me for my password on every connection. Overnight, nm-applet opened up several hundred of these prompt windows, because it kept on trying to reconnect even though it didn't have the password with which to do this. If there is already an auth window open, nm-applet should not open another one.
