This seems to affect a fair amount of users who were hit by Bug #1008289. After reprocessing the subscriptions on the server, they still get the same error because of the old auth.conf data.

One guy figured out that the purchases are installable again after removing dupes from /etc/apt/auth.conf, and now I'm instructing other users to do the same.

Specifically, if the auth data for a subscription differs from the one on file, the dupes should all be removed and only the latest entry kept. This isn't just at time of package removal, but also during install -- whether from 'Reinstall previous purchases' or by going directly to the package and clicking 'Install'.
