Bug Description
We're leaving some space unused. My suggestions:
1) Grab the owner of the community, get their profile picture, show that on the left.
2) Under the community title, list links to the defined tools:
Overview | Blog | etc.
3) Regarding the order, list communities as:
a. Take the preferred communities
b. Get the five most recently active (indexed, I believe, same as active_
c. Sort in reverse chronological order
